Hi, I’m Connie

I’m a lifestyle, health, wellness, fitness, and fashion coach who believes that true confidence comes from alignment — in your body, your presence, and the way you move through the world.

My work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves in a grounded, sustainable way. Not through extremes or quick fixes, but through intentional habits, self-awareness, and support that fits real life.

Through years of experience in wellness, fitness, and personal development, I’ve seen how everything begins to shift when you feel strong in your body, clear in your mind, and comfortable in your own skin — from relationships and work to boundaries and self-trust.

I work with individuals who are ready to elevate their lives while staying true to who they are. People who want more energy, confidence, and clarity without losing themselves in the process.

My coaching style is supportive, honest, and deeply human. I meet you where you are, challenge you when needed, and create space for growth that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

Why I Coach

I began coaching because I saw how often people were doing everything “right” on the outside, yet still felt disconnected on the inside. I wanted to support others in building strength, clarity, and confidence in a way that felt sustainable, grounded, and truly their own.

This work grew from my belief that lasting change happens when wellness, mindset, and presence are integrated — not treated as separate goals.

That belief led me to develop the 360 approach, focusing on the mind, body, and soul — the mental, physical, and emotional dimensions of well-being.

True integration happens when all three work together.
